TEKsystems is hiring a Recruiter Trainee to begin with an extensive training program and onboarding with a dedicated coach. You will recruit top IT consultants, coach candidates on market trends and interview techniques, and leverage AI tools to optimize talent matching.

After training, you’ll advance to a recruiter role with potential for ongoing earnings through commissions and bonuses. The position offers a base salary with weekly commissions, annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication and ethical standards
• Commission-driven, performance-based environment with opportunity for growth

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage entire recruiting cycle from intake to placement
• Provide career coaching on market trends, rates, resumes, and interviews
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI insights
• Use data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes
• Advise managers on skill availability, rates, locations, and onboarding timelines
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in role or industry
