Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for networking and building strong relationships.
• Works well in a team and relates to diverse groups of people.
• Interest in a commission-based, performance-driven environment and pursuing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle with a world-class experience.
• Build relationships with consultants, offering career coaching and market insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI for identifying talent per client needs.
• Use AI-generated insights to support data-driven decisions in recruiting.
• Advise account managers on skill availability, rates, locations, and onboarding timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for client needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge within the role’s specialization and industry.
