TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo extensive hands-on training before moving into a Recruiter role. You will recruit IT consultants, build client relationships, and leverage AI tools to source top talent.

The role progresses to negotiating compensation and guiding account managers on hiring timelines. Successful candidates will join a dynamic, performance-driven environment with a clear path for advancement and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree and 3+ years of full-time professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a team and relate to diverse groups
• Interest in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find best solutions

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle
• Build and maintain consultant relationships with career coaching
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and in-house AI
• Use AI-generated insights for data-driven decisions
• Advise account managers on skill availability and hiring timelines
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates
