Job summary

Soni Resources Group is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across IT and business functions. This hybrid role includes one day onsite in Center City, Philadelphia, and offers partnering with hiring managers to drive strong hiring outcomes.

You will manage a high-volume workload of 15+ requisitions, conduct intake meetings, and evaluate candidate qualifications across multiple technologies including Workday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Prior agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting IT/technical roles across multiple technologies.
• Ability to manage 15+ open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative skills with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through submission and interviews.
• Lead IT/technology recruitment, with support for engineering, finance, accounting, and sales.
• Handle high-volume workload of 15+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements.
• Coordinate panel interviews and provide candidate communication feedback.
• Maintain organized process and positive candidate experience.
