Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, especially for technical roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and standard recruitment tools.

Aufgaben

• Receive and vet job orders, source, screen, interview, and present candidates.
• Match candidates to placements using independent judgment and interview skills.
• Maintain recruitment benchmarks, metrics, and client follow-up.
• Liaise between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees with professionalism.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and contractor administration.
• Build community relationships through networking and events to improve visibility.
• Maintain a pool of temporary/contract staff to meet client demand.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to meet client needs.
• Communicate with customers to address escalated personnel matters.
