Job summary

Silvus Technologies in West Los Angeles seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, research & development, and other highly technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days per week and a Day 1 onsite requirement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in technical TA or related field.
HS diploma with 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for engineering, R&D, and technical roles in tech/manufacturing/aerospace.
Experience in agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environments.

Responsibilities

Lead full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing.
Manage 10+ active requisitions concurrently with high candidate quality.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Create and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Build pipelines through proactive networking and university events.
Utilize ATS tools and recruiting platforms to track candidates and metrics.
Provide recruiting activity updates and reports to HR and leadership.
Represent the company at campus recruiting events and career fairs.
