Job summary

Janney is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for management, professional, technical and support roles at the headquarters and 130+ branches. The role is hybrid, three days per week in Philadelphia, and a four-month assignment.

You will partner with IT, Data and other teams to fill technical roles, manage full-life cycle recruiting, source via LinkedIn and networks, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Data and other departments on technical positions from intake through offer.
• Define hiring needs with managers and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting: requisitions, resumes, interviews, offers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, networks and referrals.
• Recruit for Software Engineers, Developers and Data Engineers.
• Partner with PCG administration staff to fill open roles.
• Build relationships with managers and candidates.
• Provide analytics on recruitment metrics to TA and HR teams.
• Maintain candidate data in Dayforce and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Perform other duties to support Talent Acquisition.
