Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a Recruiter Trainee in Utah. You will start with an extensive hands-on training program with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals. Upon completion, you will move into a Recruiter role and handle the full recruiting cycle for IT consultants.

The role offers a base salary of $45,000 plus weekly commissions and performance-based bonuses, plus a cell phone allowance. Company provides growth through education, badging and credentialing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or associates degree with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and networking skills are required.
• Ability to work in a commission-based environment with high ethical standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced recruiting role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Build relationships and provide career coaching on market trends and resume crafting.
• Develop sourcing strategies and leverage tools, including AI, to identify talent.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and advise clients on hiring timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates and partners.
