TEKsystems is hiring a Recruiter Trainee to start with hands-on training and mentorship. You will progress to a Recruiter role handling full-cycle IT recruiting, building relationships, coaching candidates, and advising clients on market trends and hiring decisions.

• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients.
