Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources team at the Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. You will own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and prescreening to on-boarding, ensuring candidates fit the culture and role.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain recruitment metrics in the HRIS, and coordinate industry events and campus visits. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years HR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-scope recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding for assigned roles.
• Prescreen and schedule candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Track candidate correspondence in HRIS to ensure reporting accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and collaborate with hiring managers on plans.
• Coordinate industry outreach, campus visits and recruitment events.
