Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR-related experience preferred.
• Experience in aviation is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist with assessments, document uploads, and onboarding processes.
• Plan and coordinate company events and manage logistics for recruiting events.
• Oversee ATS usage and generate basic reporting metrics.
• Prepare materials for new hires’ orientation and set up logins and equipment.
• Maintain HR records and support Global Talent Acquisition projects.
