Taleo is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical Staffing) to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical roles. You will design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency or RPO.
• 4+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent (IT, software, eng, data, cloud, cybersecurity).
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with contingent, contract, and contract-to-hire recruiting.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and Boolean search.
• Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS/CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical and professional positions across client accounts.
• Develop sourcing plans using networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and Boolean searches.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates.
• Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for in-demand skill sets.
• Engage passive candidates and map markets for talent availability.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
• Share sourcing strategies and market intelligence with the team.
• Act as a trusted career advisor to candidates throughout the search.
