Tailscale is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Partners for a 6-month contract to help scale our engineering, product, design, and GTM teams. You will own searches from intake to offer and partner with hiring managers to shape compelling recruiting strategies in a fast-moving, highly technical environment.

This role focuses on building pipelines, evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Proven success recruiting across Engineering, Product & Design, GTM, and G&A.
• Strong intake, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to translate hiring needs into effective recruiting strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex searches from intake through offer across EPD, GTM, G&A, or a mix based on business needs.
• Define candidate profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and establish interview processes.
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Lead candidate assessment, offer strategy, negotiation, and closing with hiring teams.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders as a consultative partner.
