Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of recruiting experience focusing on technology/IT talent.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Experience using consultative recruiting with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from intake to offer.
• Build trusted relationships with IT leadership and hiring managers.
• Define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and realistic timelines.
• Develop talent pipelines for high-volume tech roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, platforms, referrals, networking, and tech meetups.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, compensation, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Lead strategic planning by analyzing trends and channels; improve outcomes.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
