Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing software engineering candidates.
• Proven ability to manage 10-15+ complex technical requisitions concurrently.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with data-driven stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles and build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, X-Ray, and AI tools; drive outreach with 20%+ response rate.
• Use analytics and funnel insights to cut time-to-hire for engineering roles by ~10%.
• Partner with Compensation to craft total compensation offers balancing market data and internal equity.
• Lead weekly alignments with Engineering stakeholders and mentor peers through workshops and reverse-shadowing.
