Axos Bank is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead IT recruitment across our enterprise. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to shape sourcing strategies and deliver top technical talent in a fast-growth environment. This onsite role reports to our San Diego HQ.

You’ll own full-cycle recruitment for IT infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, and project management, building diverse pipelines using Workday/iCIMS and modern sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience.
• Experience in agency and in-house recruiting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and passive candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, iCIMS) and similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle IT recruitment for infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, and PM.
• Define job requirements with hiring managers and craft descriptions.
• Build diverse pipelines using ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Advise on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Drive process improvements and recruitment automation.
• Promote Axos Bank employer branding across digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share knowledge.
