Job summary

AxisCare is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, QA, and Product Management in a remote capacity. You will partner with engineering leaders to calibrate interview bars, build hiring plans, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will source passive candidates, design screening loops, and manage multiple roles across levels while promoting AxisCare's culture in the tech community and at events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Proactively source passive technical candidates, not just manage inbound pipeline.
• Fluency in engineering roles and stacks to screen credibly for technical fit.
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership to build hiring plans.
• Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Stack Overflow) and ATS.
• Excellent candidate experience, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Manage high-volume concurrent reqs across levels and roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, QA, and other R&D roles.
• Partner with engineering managers and directors to scope roles and hiring plans.
• Proactively source passive technical candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub/Stack Overflow.
• Design and run technical screening processes with hiring managers.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent technical requisitions without harming candidate experience.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel metrics; identify bottlenecks.
• Share technical sourcing techniques and market intelligence with the recruiting team.
• Represent AxisCare's engineering culture at meetups and events.
