Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering roles in the U.S. You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and TA colleagues to attract, screen, and hire top talent across multiple time zones.

You will manage candidate experience, use sourcing tools, and bring market insights to inform recruiting strategies, while aligning with Baxter's compensation philosophy and recruiting policies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition
• Experience recruiting engineering or technical roles preferred
• Full cycle recruiting experience required
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without impacting delivery
• Strong relationships and advisory capabilities
• Experience in behavioral interviews and assessment methods
• Excellent communication and business partnering in-house environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies (ATS/CRMs)

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities through to successful hire with direct sourcing focus
• Collaborate with Hiring Manager to craft impactful job ads and drive engagement
• Use recruitment marketing and branding to attract internal and external talent
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to business partners
• Deliver a positive candidate experience across stages and regions
• Facilitate screening, interviewing, and offer discussions with stakeholders
• Explain Baxter's total compensation philosophy during offers
• Coach candidates on interview prep and provide timely feedback
