Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles in San Diego. You will manage candidates through the full lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive offer negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will leverage ATS/CRM tools and best practices to source top talent in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring compliance and efficient hiring processes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and talent acquisition tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Experience sourcing for technical/engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates for multiple workstreams.
• Pull reports and communicate requisition status to hiring managers.
• Build effective relationships with partners to attract top talent and ensure compliance.
• Apply knowledge of TA tools and processes to improve candidate experience.
