Progressive Leasing is hiring an Associate Tech Support Technician to support our corporate systems in a hybrid role based in Draper, UT, assisting Progressive employees with desktop, software, and account access issues.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in information systems, including PC hardware and software experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment.
• 1–2 years information system experience, including 1 year with PC hardware and software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Responds to phone calls, live chats, emails and personal requests for technical support.
• Escalate issues and provide updates to stakeholders for desktop and application tickets.
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems.
• Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and execute requests for multiple technical needs, including peripherals, laptops, desktops and software installation.
• Provide detailed diagnostics summary for next tier level support.
• Facilitate logins, account support and various system administration duties.
