Progressive Leasing is seeking an Associate Tech Support Technician to join our hybrid team in Draper, UT. You’ll support employees via phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot desktop and application issues, and assist with admin tasks to keep systems healthy.

You’ll work in a NOC-like environment and contribute to rapid problem resolution while growing technical and customer-service skills in a FinTech setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment.
• 1–2 years of information systems experience, including PC hardware/software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows.

Responsabilités

• Respond to phone, live chat, email, and in-person tech support requests.
• Work a Sunday–Thursday shift, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM MT.
• Escalate issues and provide updates to stakeholders for desktop and app tickets.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Document, track, and monitor problems for timely resolutions.
• Manage multiple technical requests, including peripherals, laptops, desktops, and software installs.
• Provide detailed diagnostics for next-tier support.
• Assist with login issues, account support, and basic system administration.
