Job summary

Micro Center in Hilliard, OH is seeking self-motivated Full-Time Technical Support Representatives to deliver best-in-class customer service at a corporate office location. You will help customers select technology solutions, troubleshoot, and drive service-driven sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires availability 9:00 a.m.–midnight, including weekends, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour. You will contribute to a team that resolves issues, recommends upgrades, and supports store

About the Role

We are seeking self‑motivated, results‑driven FULL‑TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a best‑in‑class customer experience while helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy learning new skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’re seeking candidates who are available to work between 9:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability. The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Our Technical Support representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support while driving sales through service solutions. By assisting customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and issue resolution, you’ll identify opportunities to recommend upgrades, accessories, and additional services that enhance their experience.
