Micro Center in Hilliard, OH is seeking self-motivated Full-Time Technical Support Representatives to deliver best-in-class customer service at a corporate office location. You will help customers select technology solutions, troubleshoot, and drive service-driven sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires availability 9:00 a.m.–midnight, including weekends, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour. You will contribute to a team that resolves issues, recommends upgrades, and supports store

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate and efficient typing proficiency.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound contacts promptly via Phones, Chat, Text, and Email.
• Maintain a general understanding of current consumer electronic devices and technology.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, qualify issues, and offer solutions.
• Personalize support to improve customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer contacts and enter them into the appropriate database.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure teamwork.
• Meet personal/team goals.
