Micro Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative/Cashier to assist customers at the point of sale, process transactions, and ensure a friendly checkout experience.

You will maintain a clean department, stock shelves, participate in cycle counts and merchandising, and support open and close procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service when assisting customers at the point of sale/checkout area; build repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area, conducting cycle counts, stocking and replenishing product and participating in merchandising activities.
• Participate in open and close procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities and helping to prepare for physical inventory.
