Micro Center in Hilliard, OH is seeking full-time Technical Support Representatives to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will troubleshoot, set up products, and guide customers to solutions while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories and services.

About the Role

This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoy learning new skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’re seeking candidates who are available to work between 9:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability. The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Our Technical Support representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support while driving sales through service solutions. By assisting customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and issue resolution, you’ll identify opportunities to recommend upgrades, accessories, and additional services that enhance their experience. What You'll Do
