Micro Center in Hilliard, OH is seeking SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to deliver a best-in-class experience while helping customers find tech solutions. This role is based at our Corporate Office in Hilliard, OH.

We’re seeking full-time and part-time candidates who can work between 10:00 a.m. and midnight with weekend availability. The starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with a seasonal bonus possible based on performance and attendance through January 31.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year of customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate and efficient typing proficiency.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities.
• Flexible and adaptable when working with diverse customer needs and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, text, and email.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer electronics and related tech.
• Assess customer needs, gather info, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver personalized support to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update records in systems/databases.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to support team success.
