Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent in Greenfield, WI to be the first point of contact for technology support. You’ll assess customers’ needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents for complex repairs while learning through certification courses.

You’ll provide helpful, timely service during check-in and checkout, understand issues by asking questions, and guide customers on device setup or repair decisions, with clear, courteous communication.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Interest in technology and desire to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repairs or replacements.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and collaborate with agents.
