Best Buy Fort Worth is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our store. You’ll help customers diagnose issues, set up devices and guide repairs or replacements with clear, honest timelines.

You’ll work with other agents, maintain knowledge through training, and provide accurate status updates. A minimum of 3 months in retail or customer service and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends are required.

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.

• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
