Job summary

SUNMI, a high-tech unicorn IoT company, is seeking a motivated Technical Support Intern to join the Technical and Project Team Europe. The intern will provide hands-on support for Sunmi Android terminals and related device management solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Based in Atlanta, USA, you will troubleshoot issues, manage Jira tickets, conduct remote sessions, and document solutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in IT, CS, or related field.
Understanding of Android OS and mobile device management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient English; Chinese preferred.
Experience with Jira Service Desk a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Sunmi Android terminals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by customers.
Manage Jira Service Desk tickets and customer requests.
Conduct remote support sessions to assist users with device-related issues.
Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Participate in testing and quality assurance of new devices and software updates.
Collaborate with Technical Teams to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
