Job summary

AMW Group seeks a student-friendly Internship – Technology, Marketing & Client Success to participate in development, QA, research, and marketing support across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with tech, marketing, and client success teams, contribute ideas, and assist with product launches and client campaigns.

You will gain exposure to AI tools, CRM systems, and project management while building real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate.
• Interest in technology, software development, AI, digital marketing, business operations, or client services.
• Basic understanding of software applications, websites, mobile apps, or digital platforms preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, organized, and reliable.
• Available approximately five days per week.
• Willing to contribute additional hours during major launches or special projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, testing, and optimization of AMW's software platforms, AI-powered tools, and digital products.
• Support app debugging, QA testing, UX reviews, feature documentation, and product research.
• Collaborate with the technology team on software development initiatives and platform improvements.
• Support marketing and client success through research, content creation, CRM management, and campaign planning.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for new features, troubleshoot issues, and assist with project deliverables.
