You’ll work alongside full-time engineers, handling troubleshooting and system design for enterprise clients, not just shadowing or coffee runs. Qualifications

• Third or fourth-year Bachelor's student in a technical field (Networking, CS, CE, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Coursework experience with computer networking, Linux, and computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; good communicator.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Industry certifications (CCNP, CCNA, or Network+) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues on Verkada's platform.
• Serve as a go-to expert for smart system design and integration advice.
• Communicate technical information clearly via calls, chat, and email.
• Own customer issues from identification to resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to test gear and triage bugs.
• Create Knowledge Base content to help users.
