Job summary

Best Buy in Burlington, WA is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support in our store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll receive training to build knowledge and skills, help customers set up devices, and advise on whether to repair or replace. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
