Best Buy in Lexington, KY is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for technology support, knowledge, and solutions for computers and devices at our store. We’ll provide training and resources to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
