Job summary

Best Buy Lincoln is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for technology support, offering knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices in-store.

You’ll receive training, assess customers’ needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs. A minimum of 3 months in retail or customer service is required, and you must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
