Job summary

Best Buy Flower Mound seeks a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support, providing knowledge and solutions for computers and devices in-store. Training and resources are provided to assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents for complex repairs.

You’ll assist customers during check-in/check-out, understand issues, advise on repair or replacement, and maintain up-to-date tech knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
