Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent role invites you to be the first point of contact for customers seeking tech support. You’ll assess needs, provide basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs in-store. Training and resources are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
