Responsibilities include providing tier 1 support via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing issues, and logging interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; some college coursework required.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to assist others in a professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Provide tier 1 technical and procedural assistance via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Research issues using available information resources.
• Implement issue resolution and advise users on actions.
• Follow standard help desk procedures and log interactions.
• Redirect problems to higher tiers as required.
• Identify urgent situations and escalate when needed.
• Track problems and document resolutions.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
• Assist senior IT staff as needed.
