AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is hiring a Help Desk professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is driven, detail oriented, and passionate about supporting our company’s growth.

You will provide 1st line technical support via phone, email and chat, handling Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues while maintaining professional communication. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work remotely with reliable internet

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework required.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365/O365 suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assist others with complex issues professionally.
• Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail and fast learner.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier 1 level technical and procedural assistance via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Research issues using available information resources.
• Implement issue resolution and/or advise user on appropriate action.
• Follow standard help desk procedures.
• Log all help desk interactions.
• Redirect problems to higher tiers as required.
• Track and route problems and document resolutions.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
• Assist senior IT staff as needed.
