AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is hiring an End User Support professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and a drive to support our growing organization.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, onboarding new hires, managing IT assets, and deploying software updates across on-site and remote desktops, with a focus on security and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• 5+ years of End User Support experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Track, route, and document resolutions for problems and requests.
• Perform desktop hardware and software maintenance and support.
• Maintain scanners, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage inventory of IT applications and software.
• Test and deploy software updates to internal and virtual desktops.
• Remediate vulnerabilities in physical and virtual desktop environments.
