Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking an experienced End User Support professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is driven and passionate about contributing to company growth, with detail-oriented communication skills and the ability to work independently.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, manage problems, maintain IT inventory, and deploy updates across internal and remote desktops, while ensuring secure, efficient workstation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Extensive experience with internal IT support and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
• Desktop hardware and software maintenance and support.
• Scanner, printer and other peripheral maintenance and support.
• Maintain inventory of IT applications/software.
• Test and deploy software and updates to all internal/WFH desktops as well as virtual desktop environments.
• Remediate vulnerabilities in physical and virtual desktop environments.
