Best Buy is looking for a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support at our Willow Grove store. You’ll learn to assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

If family and friends come to you with tech questions, this could be the perfect role. You’ll provide friendly service during check-in and checkout, diagnose issues, assist with device setup, and keep customers informed on progress.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening and taking notes.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
