Yahoo is seeking a Director of Technology Strategy & Operations (Finance) to bridge strategic priorities with actionable roadmaps, governance, and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with the CTO and Central Technology leadership to translate multi-year priorities into investment decisions, roadmaps, and KPI governance while coordinating across product, engineering, finance, and talent domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations within large-scale technology environments.
• Proven track record partnering with C-level, VP and senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, governance and operating mechanisms.
• Experience architecting and improving large-scale planning processes, executive reviews, and governance cadences.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and informed investment decisions.
• Own and optimize CTO business rhythms and AI-driven workflows for data consolidation and narrative development.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Finance and People to align priorities and measure platform outcomes.
• Prototype and implement automated AI-assisted reporting pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Strategy & Operations team and drive priority initiatives.
