Lead planning cadences, implement AI-enabled reporting, and drive disciplined execution from problem definition to impact. Requires 10+ years in tech strategy, strong financial acumen, and proven executive communication within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy and operations within large-scale tech environments.
• Proven track record partnering with C-level and senior leaders to guide decisions.
• Player-coach with hands-on analytical and narrative execution.
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical judgment for ambiguous challenges.
• Experience designing planning processes, executive reviews, and governance cadences.
• Deep financial acumen including cloud budgets, labor, and capital economics.
• Experience using modern AI tools to automate workflows and synthesize briefings.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and investments.
• Own and optimize CTO business rhythms, add AI-driven workflow tools.
• Tackle high-stakes challenges with structured analysis and delivery.
• Architect consolidated performance views and automated reporting pipelines.
• Refine measurement of platform outcomes with product/engineering leadership.
• Build relationships across Yahoo to align service delivery with priorities.
• Partner on technology budgeting, vendor management, and cost allocation.
• Turn complex engineering progress into executive narratives for governance.
