Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategy and operations experience in large-scale technology environments.
- Proven experience partnering with C-level, VP, and senior leaders to guide decisions.
- Experience architecting planning processes, executive reviews, and governance cadences.
- Ability to translate complex engineering progress into executive narratives.
Responsibilities
- Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and OKRs/KPIs.
- Own and optimize CTO business rhythms (planning, QBRs, MBRs, executive reviews).
- Drive AI-driven workflows to streamline data consolidation and scenario modeling.
- Lead a Strategy & Operations team with hands-on execution and ownership of top initiatives.
