Yahoo’s Central Technology organization seeks a Director of Technology Strategy & Operations (Finance) to bridge long-range strategy with operational execution. You will partner with the CTO and leadership to build roadmaps, dashboards, and governance that enable scalable, data-driven decisions across product, engineering, finance, and talent functions.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy and operations within large-scale tech.
Proven track record partnering directly with C-level and senior leaders.
Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured frameworks and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with OKRs/KPIs.
Own and optimize CTO business rhythms (planning, reviews, executive forums) with AI-driven workflows.
Model data, craft narratives, and present clear recommendations to executives and board.
Oversee a consolidated view of Central Technology performance and investment decisions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to tie roadmaps to business value and reduce tech debt.
Lead and mentor a high-performing Strategy & Operations team.
