You will translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive AI-enabled processes, and partner with CTO, Product, and Finance to align investments with business value. You will lead a high-performing team, own executive storytelling, and shape governance cadences, operating with ownership and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid work

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy and operations within large-scale tech environments.
Proven ability to partner with C-level and senior leaders to align strategy and execution.
Strong analytical, narrative-crafting, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps with OKRs/KPIs.
Own and optimize CTO business rhythms with AI-driven workflows.
Handle ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with structured analysis and recommendations.
Oversee consolidated view of Central Technology performance and AI-assisted reporting.
Partner with Product and Engineering to measure platform outcomes and debt reduction.
Build relationships across Yahoo to align service delivery with priorities.
Collaborate on technology budgeting and cost allocation for exec visibility.
Translate engineering progress into executive narratives and board materials.
Pilot internal AI tools to improve efficiency and internal workflows.
Lead and develop Strategy & Operations team as a player-coach.
