You will partner with the CTO and Central Technology leadership to drive investment decisions, reporting, and executive storytelling. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, data synthesis, and leadership of a high-performing Strategy & Operations team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy and operations experience in large-scale technology environments.
• Proven ability to partner with C-level, VP, and senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated player-coach leadership with hands-on analytical execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and OKRs/KPIs.
• Own and optimize CTO business rhythms (planning, QBRs, MBRs, exec reviews, all-hands) with AI-driven workflows.
• Tackle ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with structured analysis and data-backed recommendations.
• Architect an intelligent view of Central Technology performance and investments with automated reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to measure platform outcomes and tie roadmaps to business value.
• Build relationships across Yahoo and align service delivery with organizational priorities.
