You will partner with the CTO and Central Technology leadership to drive AI-enabled workflows and scalable reporting across product, engineering, and finance.

This strategic operator role requires 10+ years of experience, executive communication, and a hands-on approach to data modeling and governance cadences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations within large-scale tech environments.
• Partner directly with C-level, VP, and senior leaders to guide strategic decisions and drive operational alignment.
• Player-coach leadership, combining people leadership with hands-on analytical execution.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured frameworks and decisive recommendations.
• Experience using modern AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate research.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and informed investment decisions.
• Own CTO business rhythms and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline reporting.
• Tackle high-stakes challenges with structured analysis and data-backed recommendations.
• Architect an intelligent view of Central Technology performance and dependencies.
• Refine measurement and communication of platform outcomes to ensure business value.
• Build relationships across Yahoo to align service delivery with priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance and People on resource planning and cost allocation models.
• Translate engineering progress into executive narratives and board-ready materials.
• Pilot internal AI tools and establish best practices for prompt engineering and automation.
• Lead and develop the Strategy & Operations team.
