Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, CTO FP&A (Finance) to lead the financial planning and analysis for the Central Technology Organization. You will partner with CTO leadership to manage operating and capital investments, cloud costs, and technology initiatives across the company.

You will forecast, plan, and present financial insights to executive teams, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing finance function in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 10+ years of finance experience, ideally in digital media
• 5+ years of management experience
• Proven FP&A / Financial Operations experience with focus on technology and cloud

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budget planning, long-range planning and executive presentations
• Provide strategic financial guidance to CTO and engineering leaders
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual CTO P&L review
• Oversee cost budgets for Central Technology Office
• Advocate AI-enabled analytics to improve forecast accuracy
