STR8 Financials Consulting is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive/New Business Hunter in the DMV region to drive growth for our IT managed services firm serving small and mid-sized businesses. This is a true hunter role focused on creating and closing new logos with minimal inbound marketing support.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leverage outbound strategies across cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events, and partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience selling managed IT services is strongly preferred.
• Ability to create and manage a pipeline from scratch.
• Comfort with high outbound activity and prospecting remotely or in person.

Responsibilities

• Own new-logo business development across the DMV.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals).
• Generate your own meetings and opportunities without relying on inbound leads.
• Attend networking events and build referral relationships in the local community.
• Sell recurring IT solutions including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Lead the sales process from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth delivery.
